Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 14, 2026

Pizza Robot Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the DraftCall mobile application (the “App”) and the draftcall.io website (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information across both.

The short version: the App requires no account, no login, and no email address to use. The only personal information we ever ask for is an email address, and only if you choose to join our email list on the Site. The App itself never asks for an email address.

Information We Collect

When you use DraftCall, we may collect the following information:

  • Anonymous Account Identifier: A unique anonymous identifier created when you first open the App, used to manage your account and enforce usage quotas.
  • Email Address (optional, never required): Collected only if you choose to submit it on the Site to join our email list. The App never asks for an email address. A DraftCall Premium subscription does not require an email address or an account with us; billing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your email is stored securely, never sold, and never used for marketing beyond what you explicitly opted into. It is shared only with the email delivery service that sends those messages on our behalf. You can remove it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting [email protected], and it will be deleted from our system.
  • Scoring Preference: Your selected fantasy scoring format (PPR, Half-PPR, Standard, or TE Premium), used to tailor player analysis to your league settings.
  • Favorite Team: Your selected NFL team preference, used to personalize your experience.
  • Roster Data: Players you add to your fantasy roster within the App. This data is used to provide personalized team analysis, injury alerts, and matchup previews.
  • Comparison History: The player comparisons you run are stored against your anonymous identifier so we can show you your history, track verdict accuracy over time, and enforce monthly usage caps.
  • Voice Input:Voice input is handled entirely by your device's built-in speech recognition. DraftCall never records or stores your audio. We only ever receive the finished text transcription, which is used to fill in a player search and is not retained after your request is answered. See the Voice Input section below for detail.
  • Usage Analytics: Usage data such as which features you use, how often you open the App, and general interaction patterns. This is collected in aggregate to help us improve DraftCall, and is not linked to your name or email address.
  • Crash Reports: Automatic crash and error reports collected to help us identify and fix bugs.
  • Advertising Data:For free-tier users, Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant advertisements, in accordance with Google's privacy policies.

Information We Do Not Collect

DraftCall is designed to collect only what is necessary. We do not collect:

  • Real Names: A name is not required to use DraftCall.
  • Phone Numbers
  • Location Data: We do not request or access your device location.
  • Contacts: We never access your address book or contact list.
  • Photos or Media: We do not request access to your camera or photo library.
  • Financial Information: All purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your credit card number, bank account, or other payment details.
  • Social Media Accounts: We do not connect to or collect data from any social media platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide Player Analysis: Your scoring preference and roster data are used to generate personalized player comparisons and recommendations.
  • Cache Results:Comparison verdicts are cached for up to 12 hours to improve performance and reduce redundant processing. Cached verdicts are invalidated sooner if a player's injury status changes.
  • Enforce Quotas: Your anonymous account identifier is used to track and enforce free-tier monthly usage limits.
  • Improve the App: Anonymous analytics and crash reports help us understand how DraftCall is used and where we need to fix issues or improve features.
  • Deliver Notifications:To send push notifications about injury status changes, roster alerts, and weekly analysis, only if you opt in under Settings > Notifications.
  • Display Advertisements: Free-tier users see ads served by Google AdMob. Advertising data is used to display relevant ads.

Data Sharing

  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
  • Analytics: Aggregated usage data is processed by Google services. We do not use it to identify you personally, and it is not linked to your name or email address. Note that analytics and advertising services may process device-level identifiers, which are not the same as anonymous data.
  • Google AdMob:For free-tier users, AdMob may collect device and usage information to serve ads, subject to Google's privacy policies.
  • Analysis Processing: When you request a player comparison, the relevant player and roster data is sent to our analysis processing provider to generate the recommendation. That data is used solely to generate your result and is not used to train any models. Our provider may retain request data briefly for security and abuse monitoring under its own terms.
  • Email Delivery: If you join the email list on the Site, your email address is processed by our email delivery provider solely to send the messages you requested. It is never sold or used for third-party marketing.
  • Website Hosting: The Site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect against abuse.

Data Retention

  • Account Data: Your account data (anonymous identifier, preferences, roster) is retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Comparison Cache:Cached verdicts are automatically deleted after up to 12 hours, or sooner if a player's injury status changes.
  • Account Deletion:You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings > Delete Account within the App. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Voice Input

DraftCall offers optional voice input in the App so you can say a matchup out loud instead of typing it. This is how it works:

  • Voice input is powered by your device's built-in speech recognition.
  • DraftCall never records or stores your audio.
  • DraftCall only receives the text transcription.

The transcription is used to fill in a player search box, which you confirm with a tap before anything is submitted. We do not keep a log of your voice transcriptions. Your device's speech recognition is governed by Apple's or Google's own privacy policy, depending on your platform. Voice input is entirely optional, and the microphone is only accessed while you are actively holding or toggling the mic control. There is no voice input on the Site.

Children's Privacy

DraftCall is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].

Your Rights

  • Access: All data we store about you (preferences, roster, query history) is visible directly within the App.
  • Deletion:You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings > Delete Account.
  • Remove Email: If you joined our email list on the Site, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or contact [email protected], and your address is deleted from our system.
  • Notification Control:All push notifications are opt-in. Disable any or all notification types in Settings > Notifications, or through your device settings.
  • Ad Personalization Opt-Out:You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising; Android: Settings > Google > Ads). Where your region requires advertising consent, you can also review or change your consent choices at any time in the App under Settings > Ad Privacy Choices.

Regional Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. This section summarizes the most common ones.

  • European Economic Area and United Kingdom:Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your information on these legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service), consent (personalized advertising and the email list), and legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, and service improvement). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Consent for personalized advertising is collected through an in-App consent form where required, and you can change it at any time under Settings > Ad Privacy Choices. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
  • California:California residents may request access to, deletion of, or correction of their personal information, and may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent device advertising identifiers processed by our advertising partner are considered “sharing” under California law, you can opt out through your device's ad settings or, where shown, the Ad Privacy Choices control in the App. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
  • Where your data is processed: We operate from the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. By using the Service, you understand that your information is transferred to the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your home country.
  • How to exercise these rights: Most of these rights can be exercised directly in the App (see Your Rights above). For anything else, email [email protected] and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
